Well this little guy is a prototype for the SRP artist Alley! More designs to come!
I'm thinking 5 dollars per plate, any thoughts? Would you buy a more improved version?

RB's motivation: Drawing Days 3
SO I FINALLY FINISHED ALL THE DISNEY WATERCOLORS!!!!! Now onto the plates, but that'll be a different story. And finally got them scanned. Here they are, Finding Nemo (originally The rescuers but I didn't like the sketch), and Winnie the Pooh. Both of these I really like
But I have a fear that from these really crappy scans will be very bad prints. So I'm almost debating to just give away the originals. Yet there are these that I don't really like
I knew that brother bear wasn't right when I started but I went with it and now I'm ehhhhhhhhhhh
But these are better. Demon llama, 101 dalmations, and Aristocats are my favorites from this last set. I also like the Great mouse Detective, Lady and the Tramp, and don't hate Dumbo. But grey in watercolor is like the most terrible thing ever. Orange though is fabulous. And white. We use acrylic for white. Always.
Here is all 15 on my floor finished

RBs motivation: DRAWING DAYS
So today I thought I would have work but didn't and ended up finishing all the sketches I needed to make for Prizes on the Princess Panel. Me and Sam are splitting the task of fan art because we're both pretty big into drawing. So since he's more into people and less into animals than I am I decided to take over a lot of the animal run movies. I made 15 today which was my minimum but I have forgotten some. Don't know if I'll do the ones I forgot since this was a pretty difficult task already. We'll see if water coloring goes smoothly.
Here's a bad ipod pic of some of them.
-Rescuers, Aristocats, Winnie the Pooh, Demon Llama from Emperor's New groove, Lion King, Bolt, Dumbo, Bambi, Fantasia 1+2, Oliver and Company, Lady and the Tramp, 101 dalmations, Brother Bear and Great Mouse Detective.
Forgot Robin Hood and Fox and the Hound. And decided to drop Alice, Beauty and the Beast, and Lilo & Stitch. Mainly because I'm tired and wanted to get ones where the cast is almost entirely animal. We'll see what goes down.
Bambi and Fantasia. Did them first cause Bambi inspired me to want to do the animals so no one would complain at the panel. These two are actually in my top 5 of favorite disney movies and movies over all.
Fantasia, arguably my favorite disney movie if not for Sleeping Beauty. And Oliver and Company. Tried to show MOST of the main characters. Because of time and fatigue and I really didn't want to. I didn't want to jsut replicate the movie poster for them all. I want it to be my own personal rendition of fan art. Why? Because I don't ever do big fan art and I want to stand out when I'm using someone's elses concept.
Aristocats, i really like this one cause I got ambitious and incorporated a huge crowd of charactes
dog couples. For some reason the dalmations gave me the most trouble so i ended up making it very simple and am thinking of instead of drawing a shit ton of puppy outlines, SPOTS
Really wanted to do the famous spaghetti kiss scene but I really have trouble with drawing dog faces so I opted for this. I think it's more original and simpler. It was also the last one
Not sure on that brother bear one below. Love the idea and composition it's just I feel his head it too small. Really love the mouse detective one though, also one of my fav disney movies
So we have learned drawing animals is difficult but fun and you got to learn what you're comfortable with. I already knew I suck at doing forward facing dog faces. But I pushed myself, used references and made progress. Far from perfect but better than not trying at all. That bear face we will fix.
Might recruit sam to help ink some things since he actually likes to ink where as I detest it. Unless it's inking just for inking, not trying to replicate a sketch. That's fun. Because it's drawing. Not redrawing and losing minor details that made the sketch worthwhile
Unfortunately can't tag all the moves these are from.......
